We purchased a 2 Bedrooms unit from Portable Building Specialist to put on our land in the North. We were looking for different options before we made a decision and I really liked the fact that we could purchase a kit set and assemble ourselves which appeared sufficiently cheaper than other offers on the market. I am a builder and for me the whole process took 1 day to put cabin on place. The unit itself came as expected, the same quality as we had seen at Auckland showroom. Now we are thinking to purchase a Standard cabin from these guys to put as an extra accommodation.

The quality of the granny flat is good with 2 cabins being stacked to each other and it perfectly meets my needs for additional living space (not too big and not too small).
