No, you're not. We take care of fabrication and assembly of the entire home. All you need to do is decide where the home will be positioned and wait for the delivery of your new portable home.

White plastic fencing and gates are 100% eco-friendly and do not emit toxic components as they do not contain lead. They have passed SGS testing for inertness to increase or decrease in temperature over a wide range and for resistance to ultraviolet radiation. The quality of our gates was approved by certificates according to CE, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001; thus, they are safe for people and the environment.
It depends on your model and spec. Typically, it takes no more than 4 business days for us to complete construction of our standard model and our baseline range takes about 1 business day to construct.

Yes, the company provides a guarantee on fences and gates. 15 years warranty covers different criteria – durability, material quality, UV resistance, peeling, cracking, and fading.

Portable Cabins
Absolutely! Most of our porta cabin houses have gutters located around the perimeter of the roof. These gutters contain 4 drain pipes located in each of the four corners. We also re-seal all of our models during their construction.
Yes, the setting up of a portable cabin may require permission to build for instance; if the area is over 30 sq m or connected to services. It is also important to talk to the local council to learn the zoning rules and any other regulations that may be pertinent to the cabin's size and use.
At this time we do not offer any financing but we are working hard to offer this in the near future to prospective client.
Yes, if you would like to provide us with your own fittings then we are more than happy to accommodate that. Please note that there will be an additional charge for our team to install these fittings for you.
Yes, all of our models are designed to fit a 20 foot container platform offering multiple points of connection.

Yes, our cabins are indeed living cabins and can be used in any residential, commercial, retail, or industrial application.
Our cabins are built with a strong steel frame and insulated EPS sandwich panels. Some models also have exterior cladding. We offer two types:
1.Prefab Modular Buildings – Ready to use right away.
2.Expandable Portable Buildings – Assembled on-site for convenience.
Both types are made with high-quality materials, ensuring durability and comfort.

Weights differ by model and client spec. For example, our 6 meter by 2.5 meter model usually doesn't exceed 1500 kilograms. Generally speaking, most of our models are lighter than the weight of a standard 20 foot shipping container.
